We had an issue with our septic leaking and they sent out a tech quickly next day (Monday) in the early morning. Thomas quickly found the problem and fixed it, but also took the time to explain the system to us since it is our first time on septic. We were hesitant because of previous reviews but that was not our experience thus far. Thank you Thomas!

My family and I are very grateful to this company. I called the company between 7 and 8 PM because my septic system outside my house was draining into my yard. The owner answered and said he would send someone first thing in the morning and he did. They quickly diagnosed the issue and did the repairs at no extra cost. This happened a few weeks ago and I was skeptical about writing a review because I had called a company one week prior for the same issue and they could not give me a good answer on what they repaired they just pumped out the system and the issue returned one week later and that’s when I called Brian Davis Septic. I waited 2 weeks after I called to get my septic tank serviced. The alarm kept sounding off for 2 weeks I had to call 3 times before someone came to service my tank. Once Tom was notified about my issue, he right away came over and addressed the problem I was having with my septic tank. Tom has always did a great job addressing any issues with my septic tank! Thank you Tom!!
