I had to find a new wax place after moving and I was very happy to find this place. I had Ivy for my appointment and it was perfect. I will definitely be going back!

Ketsia was fantastic! I ended up feeling too much pain with sugaring so we switched to hard wax on her recommendation, and I barely felt any pain. She really made sure to get as many hairs as possible (I have the kind that like to stay put!), and gave me lots of great tips on how to effectively exfoliate for my skin type.
The salon is very inviting. Street parking is easy. Lots of good communication from the establishment prior to my appointment so I arrived on time and in the right place.

Extremely bad place .The technicien did hurt my skin and mainly cartilage all over my nose …. It did hurt but I thought this was the new way of skin care . She saw I was crunching my face a lot and she said sorry and keep on going .I took a shower that evening and I could feel my nose to be more sensitive then the rest of my face to the touch .Now 3 days later my nose is still very red and part of my face also .So I wash my face with a face cloth 3 days after and I got a few bleeding spot on my nose . This is terrible. I am leaving for my trip shortly and I look like an alcoholic with part of my face still red and my nose very redI call the main office and they said use cold from the fridge aloe to rub on your face as a mask and you can use cortisone cream. Or you can come to the spa for a skin treatment ….I went to the pharmacy and explain what happen and what should I use to stop the pain and redness . The pharmacist could not believe that my nose had been pinch so hard. She explain that the are of the face should never be abuse in such a way , because it could create internal bleeding and go to my brain , now you know what could happen with this

However, I got a sugar Brazilian today with Ketsia and let me tell you it was the most painless Brazilian I’ve ever gotten and I’ve been getting them for 13 years! I can’t say enough good things about Ketsia not only was she quick and meticulous she provided service with a smile and lovely conversation. Look no further this is THE place! In town visiting family from San Francisco. I recently switched from wax to sugaring because its supposed to be better for you and the environment but I've found it to be more painful. However, I got a sugar Brazilian today with Ketsia and let me tell you it was the most painless Brazilian I've ever gotten and I've been getting them for 13 years! I can't say enough good things about Ketsia not only was she quick and meticulous she provided service with a smile and lovely conversation.
