Talk about the dynamic duo! Frustrated after calling a long list of realtors with no avail, Dan picked up on the second ring. I needed some paperwork on a lot I own in Vero Beach. Dan was on it right away even though I had called on a Friday after 4pm. Although I requested the wrong documents, he figured out exactly what paperwork I needed and redid it all. He worked over the weekend to get them finished so I could turn them in on time. Anne and Dan will be my real estate agents forever. Thank you both for the great and honest service. Anna
