Love this place. I shopped around at other eyewear stores and came back to purchase 3 pair. The staff super friendly and Tony, Brandon and Robin were so accommodating with answering all my questions. I felt like I was special especially when I walked in the door.
I highly recommend VisionWorks in Venice. From the moment I walked in the door, Robin, Tony, Brandon, and Jade were welcoming. They shared their knowledge regarding eye care without being pushy about services. Dr. Fusselman listened to my concerns and shared his expertise with me. I experienced excellent customer service with great communication. Their prices are competitive and selection of frames was impressive with all different price ranges which are clearly marked. Making appointments is extremely easy and ordering contacts was a simple phone call. I highly recommend VisionWorks in Venice and will definitely be using them for future eye care!
I needed a same-day appointment, they got me right in. Every single person there was beyond nice, helpful. From Steve, who answered the phone to jennifer that scheduled my appointment to Dr. Robert Rego. Hands-down, the best experience I have had with an eye exam. Everything was explained to me in detail, and although I didn’t need eyeglasses, Dr. Rego found me good options for my dry eye issues all around an excellent experience. Thank you Teri Kennedy *****
