Everyone at this office welcomed me. The staff and doctors were super. Never did I think I would leave there with new glasses. They worked with me and my insurance company and made sure that I had new glasses I could afford. Thanks to all of them!!
The doctor is very knowledgeable but does not know how to say there might be a problem until the very end. I understand that he is new but to tell me that the image they took were fine and then right before I leave say they are not is very disrespectful. The truth up front is the best.
I had an eye exam with Dr. Alexi Rodriguez and he was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for years, and I’ve truly never had such a thorough, kind, and attentive optometrist. He explained every step before doing anything, checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and questions. He took detailed notes, offered thoughtful advice, and you could tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
