We have a big time rodent problem in our community where rats are getting into our attics as the home builder, Lennar, did not adequately seal the soffits, roof line vents, roof stacks on the roofs. Our homes were built only 4-5 years ago and were just now discovering the rats and the openings! I called Venice Pest Control for a free inspection and Keith was out the very next day. Keith has done other homes in the community and was awesome - professional, knowledgeable, timely! I referred several of my neighbors who are out of town until the fall and he handled their homes too! From the quote to the completed work was only three days!
