We were very pleased with our HVAC replacement from the very nice lady who answered the phone, to Andrew who quoted us, & to Juan Diaz who removed our old unit & installed a new unit. Great attention to detail and fine workmanship all the way around! Great job Venice Plumbing Heating & Cooling!! Highly recommend!
Kelly was great. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He did our semi annual maintenance on our A/C and found it in good shape. Told us about your new system and the monthly charge. Sounds like it will make things easier with the AI feature. Highly recommend him and hope he is our technician in the future.
Arnold arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem with the AC unit within minutes and had the unit repaired and fully functioning in an hour. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him and Venice Cooling, Heating and Plumbing.
