The team was amazing. Friendly helpful people. On site factor too. This is much father from my home but my local cleaner, Le France, is awful. Rude, not helpful and have an arrogance that is a repellent. Venetian is well worth the drive.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. They are always professional and prompt. Usually, I drop items off and pick them up about 3-4 business days later. Recently, I needed something done for the next day, they were able to accommodate and did a fantastic job! Clothes are always cleaned, pressed, and bagged meticulously. I am, and have always been, very happy with their level of care and service.

I've had mostly positive experiences with the RT 41 near Laurel Rd in Nokomis. I usually take my "freshly" cleaned items off the wire hanger and put them on another type. The last couple of times I didn't. Well I did this morning, approximately 4 weeks after receiving them back from Venetian. 3 of my linen tops looked as though they were just rehung on the wire hangers; a pair of cream colored lined capris had a yellow staining on them like a solution wasn't evenly applied. I just put them in the washer and am keeping my fingers crossed that the stains come out. This same staining happened quite a few months ago with them too. I brought the item in with NO stain and got it back WITH one. The owner, John quickly rectified the problem, so I continued to use them. With this latest experience, I'm not sure I will continue to. I dropped off an item a few days ago and hope it comes back without any issues.
