They noticed and flagged a flaw in the garment, as small hole in pants of an expensive suit that I had not been aware of. I'll need to find someone who can repair it, maybe reweaving the small hole. Not a simple alteration.
I had the fortunate experience to be assisted by a very nice, polite, and more than patient young lady to assist me in setting up my account and hold my hand through the drop off and pick up procedure. As an old school dry cleaner person, this is not a typical drop off your clothes at a counter process. It's all done by keypad, numbered bags for your items, and the ability to leave specific requests. The pickup process is also done by keypad and your clothes are robotically delivered to a closet window for retrieval.
I actually love Sun Country Cleaners. They are simple to use, quick and easy to drop/pick up your laundry.
My only issue is they are a bit on the pricy side, but the convenience to use them are worth it for me.
