I have been with Truly for over 6. years now. For most of those years I had a steady rep. come to my house and do a great job and I built a relationship. Over the last couple of years it's been the opposite regarding and I was going to move on at the end of this month but Farica ( who I have unsuccessfully tried to recruit to be our Rep. ) has filled in enough times to where I knew her. She convinced me today that they have someone who will be taking over Kirby's (we loved him) position who she thinks we will like....

Truly Nolen has A+ service all around from the office to the service reps. One service rep in particular Erika has been "fantastic" she's always so pleasant and very good at what she does!.
Truly Nolen employees Greg & Will provided outstanding service in performing our annual rodent inspection and finding/removing a dead critter from our attic. Despite temperatures in the 90's (hotter in the attic) they performed a complete inspection and closed suspected entry points. We highly recommend Truly Nolen, Venice, Florida and employees Greg and Will.
