I have had a membership in Venice on and off for the last couple of years today I was going to cancel my membership because I was unhappy with some customer service I dealt with But when I got there, I spoke with Sarah and she was very helpful and she made me want to keep my membership. The wash is always great. The car is dry quickly. The vacuum cleaners are excellent and I love that I can have my floor mat washed and dried while I vacuum.!

Not only is Tommy's a great place for a car wash, they have great people working there. Recently, I brought my Aviator through, and the rectangular piece covering the hitch fell off. I had no idea until I got home. Makayla saw what happened, retrieved the part, and kept it safe until I returned. THANK YOU!!!
