As promised this morning to look at our pool pump that was making loud noises. He was very professional and courteous and explained what the problem was and was able to replace the motor. Southwest course is indeed fortunate to have Troy on their staff.

Joshua and the Southwest pool team (Theresa)did an excellent job helping my parents out with the purchase and install of new pump at my parents house. May parents are over 80 years old and Joshua took the time to explain what he was doing and even made sure he gave my father the registration information so we can send in registration information for the pump Just wanted to say thank you

Troy did a great job repairing our pool heater and explaining how to operate it and setting run schedules. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and courteous. I would recommend him and Southwest Pools and plan to use them again as the need arises. Nick Nelius
