Pleasant volunteer at entrance hands out numbered boarding pass for lab or urgent care. Whether morning or afternoon it’s been reasonably prompt, quiet, efficient and polite despite being quite a rolling operation. Well managed and one doesn’t feel like a number- even with a number in hand. So fast with lab I was out before finishing this review.
It was a great experience. From the door greeter, the gal at the front desk, attending nurse and doctor everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My wait time was super short so I was able to head right to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. I have always had a nice experience at this urgent care location.
Had one of the best experiences at this urgent care. The whole team was so caring and kind but the nurse Caitlyn was so sweet and made the visit very lighthearted. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone !
