Hurricane Ian did significant damage to our home. The decking and cable railings on the rear were dislodged and blew over the top of our home taking sections of the roof with it. I was referred to Sal Pileggi by Dan Leonard who did our new roof. (Good people know good people.) Sal immediately impressed my wife and me with his honest and straightforward assessment of what it would take to put our home back together. We trusted Sal and his team and they did an amazing job for us. Our home is now better than new. My wife & I bought a house in Venice a little over a year ago & knew we had to remodel our kitchen..if it wasn’t for great neighbors we would have never found Sal.. he came to our home & had a vision. He explained how the remodel will work & it was then we knew he was the guy for the job. He spearheaded the job over the summer in our absence, difficult to do so we had to put our trust in him.
From the demo, to the electricity, plumbing, drywall, tiles etc. coordinated with Ferguson for our appliances & lighting, Kayla’s Coastal Cabinetry for cabinets, Discover for fabrication Quartz countertops & backsplash, a lot of moving parts.

My wife and I have just completed an entire house renovation on Venice Island. This was a complete re build including all plumbing electrical interior HVAC insulation roof stucco- you name it. Sal and his team were great to work with. We had some issues with the Venice planning and building department (everyone does) but Sal and his team persevered and helped us to navigate thru those challenges and they worked with us to achieve our our goals for our great new home.
