They do good work in a timely manner at a fair price . How nice is that . Took care of our issue promptly with no b.s. not, unfortunately, as common with a lot of other companies as you'd hope .
BSOV came to my house in Venice the same day I called when I tried to repair my garage door and ended up making it much worse. He did a professional, knowledgeable, complete and efficient repair of the door immediately. Two other garage door contractors looked at it. One said it couldn't be fixed and the other said he could repair it at half the cost of a new one but he wouldn't guarantee the repair and I should just replace the door at a cost of $3000. He said he would text me the proposal for replacement along with a photo of the new door but he never did and never followed up. BSOV repaired the door at an absolutely reasonable cost. Our spring broke on our garage door as we were trying to leave for a family celebration. At first the appointment was going to be after 12:00pm. The representative told us he would stop by on his way home. He ended up fixing it unbelievable service. I would highly recommend them.
