I built a desktop computer with my son and we had issues getting it to boot initially. Daniel was responsive, professional and prompt with the diagnostics and fix. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service when we had a follow-up issue.
Daniel is AMAZING!!! My laptop suddenly started having loading and processing issues. Called the guy I used several years ago for a tablet issue and he doesn't work on computers now only cell phones but he referred me to Daniel. I called Daniel, dropped the laptop off to him on a Tuesday evening, he called my Wednesday morning to tell me what the problem was and cost to fix it. I gave the green light to do the work and he had it done by Thursday morning. He replaced my hard disk and battery for an extremely reasonable price. My laptop is like new again! Thank you, Daniel.
