Our Home Watch company reported that our AC was off and thermostat shut down at our winter home. I called J and J and they made an appointment immediately for the next day. Since we are not there I have instructions for entry. Due to an oversight on my part, I forgot that the appointment was scheduled and neglected to have my phone with me when the tech arrived. When I realized that later, I called Kenny and was informed the drain line was plugged and everything is now working! I have Used J&J 's services since I moved to Venice in 2018. I subsequently bought a new unit from them in 2021. I find them to be totally reliable, professional and competent. I thoroughly trust their service and that of Joe, the maintenance person who has been servicing my units since I have been here in Venice. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone for their air conditioning service needs. Thank you Joe and J & J's for providing me with service and reliability I can trust!
