Ric, my service tech, is superb! He came to my door, gave me a big smile and a hearty greeting and proceeded to do his spraying. I advised him of an ant problem I was having and he got right on it with some special stuff he has just for this purpose. Nice to interact with someone who knows the meaning and value of customer relations.

I’m very happy with the service I received from PURCOR. I had a bee hive under the shed in my side yard next to a swing set , slide and sandbox where my grandkids play. I was concerned about them or the dogs getting stung. I checked online ratings of different companies that handle bees and I called PURCOR. Aslan was the technician who came out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was going to do. He cut out a section of the floor in the shed and removed the hive. I reached out to PurCor when I found out that rats had been building a sizable nest under one of my outdoor bins. Terrified, I was a bundle of nerves anxiously waiting for the technician to show up. To my surprise, out of the company truck came out lady, Emily Gautreaux, who, armed with trap boxes and baits, set out to secure my yard against such disgusting creatures. This brave woman, kind and attentive, knowledgeable and professional, explained the plan to me in terms I could understand and put my mind at ease.
