I don't know what the issue is I called ahead to see if they're open as it says here closed. I wanted to see if it was too cold as well I have secondary Hypothermia it makes it very difficult for me to get anything important taken care of. I'm in desperate need of glasses. I received no help Others , loud overpowering , were there apparently from elsewhere We who've lived here for years have no preferential treatment anyway Everyplace is overloaded with new people I was too cold to even wait for her to turn around so I could ask her to hold the lenses it took me seconds to find. she was helping someone else who already was working with them Why?
