Great emergency service. Ray rescued us on a very hot Saturday after he had been at work on other emergencies since 7am. It was 9pm by the time he was able to get to us and we sure do appreciate his work ethic. Thank you Grace AC and especially Ray!
Recently Grace Air installed a new system for my home in North Venice. From the initial meeting regarding the suggested system to the installation and follow up, the entire process was excellent. Unlike other service providers in the area, the Grace staff were always true to their word, on time and followed up on their own. I highly value their work and commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction with my purchase.
I just had to replace an 11-year-old unit and found grace to very honest, very professional, and timely. The install was on time and expertly completed (validated by the town's inspector!).
