replaced the entire package unit. owner came by the very day we called for an estimate. we got three in the area - chose Franks because he anticipated questions, was well known in my neighborhood and matched what research i had already done. he listened. was flexible. his guys arrived prepped with what id asked. one of the other two quotes was $2000 more; the other was marginally lower than franks. the install was courteous, professional and clean. they also did the stuff that i don’t believe their competitors fuss over-tucking wires away, flashing to plug every gap available to rodents, checked duct work, etc. cleaned up nice and tidy. i guess i really liked how they... read full review

We contacted Frank’s about our air conditioning not blowing cold air when we returned in early December and they came within 24 hours to check out our aging system. They returned quickly to install a new unit for us. Bruce did a great job with installation and Danny was awesome with his follow up and customer service in every way!

We had an old HVAC unit at our place that Danny (at my request) tried his best to repair, but it was too far gone. They installed a very nice new AC unit very quickly and efficiently- and at a price that beat anyone else. The “new air” feels great! Highly recommend.
