The reviews are not good. Are the patients uninformed? Unprofessionalism. staff is not trained or overworked.. ? Did an exploratory visit… pretty disappointing when the gatekeeper’s first question is : WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE!? really? I am not a gomer nor do i doctor shop, but I am experiencing some symptoms and you cannot get an appointment for 6 months!
Saw my regular, Dr. Jessica Perez-Cardwell @ the new location. It is farther but the office staff were nice, though I do miss the staff at her previous office. The office itself appeared to be dated and sparse.
The receptionist at checkout is very rude and unprofessional. I was treated poorly and made this office visit awful. I don’t know if she is like that to everyone or just to me because of how I look.Everyone else has been courteous and professional during my first visit but this lady had an attitude and was rude to me in person and over the phone.I did not see a script for a medication that my doctor said he will prescribe. So when I got home I called to make sure that the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Apparently the doctor does not write scripts and sends it over directly to the pharmacy.
