My boxer has severe anxiety at the vet which seemed to be caused by the covid drop off procedures as a puppy and we switched to Bright cross from another vet that demanded we place her under heavy sedation for minor vet visits. They have been patient and kind to her, taking the time to make her more comfortable and less afraid. I completely recognize that dog like her make the visit less efficient and more challening but they never make Kali or I feel that way. She got her last 2 allergy injections with no muzzle!! We moved from Pennsylvania with our 4 shelties in 2016. We had top notch vets in PA and hoped for the same here in Venice FL. We are happy to say we found that same wonderful care at Bright Cross. The staff there has always met all of our needs immediately. I would Not go anywhere else. The only downside is the parking since Publix reopened.
