Dr. Maus and her staff at our Ark Animal Hospital are always 110% ready to help, always available. Excellent care of your animals very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they even had a young man there yesterday that was being mentored who wants to go to school to become a vet so what a nice way to learn if that’s really what you want to do. Professional, knowledgeable it's easy to talk to. Very kind to my Kitty who was not very pleasant. Was placed. right into the room for my appointment. But did have to wait quite a while before the vet came in. May have been busy but it didn't sound like it. All in all a great visit.
I advise you to bring your pets somewhere else. They were responsible for killing my dachshund (3 years old) a few years ago and I was empathetic about it and gave them another chance. I called and told them not to administer medication to my dog (and they promised me they would NEVER do such a thing ) and were supposed to just give a diagnosis on her stool for my senior dachshund. My father who is forgetful went here and brought her here because we both take care of her and low and behold I walk into my dad’s “man cave” in the house a few days later and there’s medication sitting on the table.
