The audiologist, Jill, greeted me when I walked in the door. She maintained this friendly attitude throughout my interview. She explained and demonstrated the aids and answered all my questions. My hearing aid broke and I did a local search on Google for a place that could fix it pretty quickly. I was traveling in 2 weeks and petrified it would need to be sent somewhere for the repair and that I wouldn't have it back in time.
A friend made the call for me as i couldn't hear anything. They were able to fit me in for the next morning.
Jill was fantastic! It was fixed in under 10 minutes. I will now be going on a regular basis for the other services they offer. Couldn't be happier!!!!
I had a very positive experience with my audiologist. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and explained things clearly without making me feel rushed.
Hearing loss can be emotional and overwhelming, especially when it affects your only hearing ear, and she treated me with understanding and compassion. I appreciated her willingness to let me trial different hearing aid technology so I could make the best decision for myself.
