Olivia has made a very welcoming, relaxing, and clean massage space. Each time I see her, the massage is a little different, based on how my muscles feel that day. I always feel better after seeing Olivia and I always look forward to my next appointment! I also appreciate that Olivia gives me tips on how to keep my muscles relaxed until I see her next time. I appreciate that Olivia really cares about her clients’ wellbeing!“
“I have been going to Karma Yoga and Fitness for over a year and absolutely love it here! If your new to yoga or interested in trying hot yoga, definitely recommend going to multiple classes as they have something for everyone. Megan and the other instructors are always helpful in providing tips to improve your practice. The hot yoga classes are more than a workout and very meditative and relaxing.“

“I love that I never have to fight over a workout here and I really enjoy the extra space for stretching and floor work. The facility is very clean and the machines work great and the sauna is wonderful. My only critique would be some of the "Scheduled for service" items have been listed as "scheduled for service" since before I became a member and its been some time now and the cleanliness of the hot tub is questionable...Regardless I give this place a solid thumbs up.“
