This is the best small group-fitness/ health & wellness club in the area. With lifting classes, NIR, cryotherapy, red-light saunas, licensed massage therapist, pilates, yoga/flow... this place literally has it all. You feel like you're in your favorite home away from home when you're here. Did I mention they sell lululemon clothes & bags? And healthy snacks, drinks & protein powders... skin care... I absolutely love coming here and have made some of the best friendships in my life!!!

As always, I had 100% pain relief from my nerve ablations performed by Dr. Ghosh at Trinity Pain Center. Dr. Ghosh is truly a doctor’s doctor. Not only is he kind and compassionate, but he takes the time to do things the right way—which was not the case with previous doctors.
During the procedure, he is incredibly precise and methodical. He makes sure he is exactly at the root source of the nerve causing the problem and performs multiple sensory checks to confirm he is perfectly on target before proceeding with the ablation. That level of care and attention to detail makes all the difference it the outcome and duration of pain relief.
I also want to recognize Chris and Kevin, the PAs at Trinity Pain Center. They are incredibly knowledgeable, always take the time to listen, and truly care about their patients.
It’s rare to find a practice that combines such technical skill with genuine compassion. Dr. Ghosh and his staff are definitely the best of the best, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking real pain relief.

It is very difficult to find a good nail artist. I moved to Tampa area in February and dreaded looking for a new tech . I was asking anyone who I saw with nails I like, where do you go ? After several bad experiences I went looking on line . I knew what to look for , but the pictures on line can be pictures you buy to use for marketing . Long story short , I pulled up the site for Bebe Nails Spa in Trinity, Florida. JACKPOT!!!!! First appointment I can honestly tell you, I was scared. Got inside and there were NO Asian techs…. What ???? They are all Hispanic / Latino . I looked around at the clientele and it was very mixed. The girls all do great work.
They don’t all speak a lot of English, but I feel very at home there. If you’re looking for a new tech go to this place . I travel 30 to 45 mins to go there . Very much worth it !

Our newer water heater stopped working, we called him in the afternoon, and he was at our house early the next morning. We were able to take hot showers before going to work. Fast, efficient, knows what he is doing. Great price. I highly recommend.
I had the best experience with Pur Plumbing. They did such incredible work, installing new fixtures and fixing a poor plumbing job in my home. My shower is absolutely incredible now. Plus the price was reasonable and everyone there was so kind. They are true professionals, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Every family member has been a patient of Dr. Chris Thompson for over 15 years, coming in every six months like clockwork. In all that time, I’ve never had a single issue with the care I’ve received. I noticed some reviews mention wait times—yes, they can book out 3 to 5 months, but I always ask to be added to their cancellation list, and 9 times out of 10 I get a call within a week!
Dr. Thompson is incredibly knowledgeable, relatable, and personable. He takes the

So glad I took my daughter's advice and scheduled an appointment last year when I was suffering from a slip and fall accident that turned into shoulder repair surgery. Needless to say my spine was not happy from the fall or the surgery. Dr. Bodanza is a very skilled Chiropractor and made a huge difference in my recovery. At the end of May, I came into the office and was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. I had a month of treatments and was provided exercises to complete. The entire staff was wonderful. My frozen shoulder has almost completely healed.
I read that frozen shoulders can take 2-3 years to heal. In 6 months with the treatments and excercises, I saw so much progress. I wish I saw Dr. Kromolecki months before.

I originally left a one-star review due to how my membership credits were handled, but I am updating this after management personally called me and tried to make it right.
To be clear, I had six unused membership credits at Hand & Stone – Trinity, FL that I had already paid for. I was told I couldn’t use them because the card on file had expired and two months weren’t charged, which I was never notified about. I would’ve gladly paid if it had simply been explained that I was behind. Instead, I received a phone call that almost felt threatening, saying I couldn’t access my credits unless I paid.
I paid the two months, but one payment didn’t clear until midnight, so I effectively lost that credit, told them “Merry Christmas,” used the rest for a facial and massage with my girlfriend, and canceled immediately after.
That said, management absolutely followed up, owned the situation, and tried to make things right, which I respect and appreciate. Because of that, I am changing this from a one-star to a four-star review.
I personally won’t be resubscribing, as the situation felt disrespectful and like bad business to me — but I do want to acknowledge that their management does care and does follow up.
This practice is top notch - very effective treatment! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. From the first appointment scheduled to completing PT, the process is simple and efficient! I could hardly get out of my car without hip and back pain and now I’m back to regular exercise and normal living!
