My experience at Hand and Stone was definitely a positive one, and I will be returning regularly .The young woman at the front desk was very polite and helpful.My Massage Therapist was an absolute professional, and the massage was outstanding !!! Upon checking out I was also greeted by the manager, who was also extremely kind. She asked how my service was and I let her know I was very pleased and I would definitely be coming back. Highly Recommend …5 stars .

They have some turn over (who didn't now a days) but hard to reschedule visits if the therapist leaves. Lori is amazing and you must pre- book a month or so or, but definitely recommended!

I’ve been a member of Hand and Stone for many years. I’ve visited multiple locations from St. Pete to Lakeland to Trinity and in between. Trinity is hands down the best location I’ve been to when it comes to face to face interactions and level of service for massage and facials. I’ve had a hard time reaching them by phone. I would suggest a reminder phone call more than 24 hours in advance. The last reminder call I received was 2 hours before my appointment. Lori and Johnny are AMAZING therapists who always go above and beyond! Theresa is the BEST esthetician and knowledgeable. After slacking on my skin care for too many months, she has my skin looking better...read full review
