Coastal Properties Group International, FL
“So great, I can’t wait to do it again!!As a first time buyer, that in itself brings its own stress piled with choosing the right realtor... we all know a few. When I was ready, I made one call - .my realtor Amanda Krampert!Amanda made sure I was not only ready to make my big decision but that I would feel the same excitement in 5-10yrs from now. Despite me being set on Treasure Island, she guided me to look at other similar properties which opened my mind to potential future investments and reconfirmed my decision. Throw in my crazy work schedule, old school approach and pulling out on an accepted offer, she didn’t skip a beat to making sure it was a smooth process from start to finish. If I had 20 questions, she had 22 answers. That personal touch of detail is why I value our relationship and why she’s my realtor, she cares! If Amanda is the example of what Coastal brings to the table, I wish they sold everything! Until next time...”
