I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE MS. DANIELLE A SPECIAL SHOT OUT.. FOR GOING BEYOND HELPFUL WALKING ME THROUGH STEPS OF THE PROCESS..ALSO MRS. CRYSTAL WHO ALSO TOOK TIME OUT AND WALK ME THROUGH CLOSING..AND EVERYTIME I CALLED A YOUNG MAN ANSWERING THE PHONE..WAS BEYOND POLITE.. SORRY I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME.. I THANK YOU ?? VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING..AND THAT IN TIMES OF LOOSING A HOUSE I SPENT 50 YEAR'S LIVING IN YOU MADE ME CONFORTABLE I SELLING.. THANK YOU ??

We had a tricky closing, to say the least. We lost financing because our HOA didn’t carry flood insurance, had to pivot and then pivot again. Danielle and the team were absolute pros, they were the shining light in a very frustrating process. They kept the bank, realtor, insurance, and us all on the same page as we moved our closing date about 4 times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need and will use them for my refi when rates get better. They are professional, know the ins and outs, and can get things done on a deadline. Absolute lifesavers!!
