I’ve rented from Broderick and associates for 5 years now! And I must say I’m very pleased with their high quality maintenance service. Every time I call and put a request in everyone is so kind and make sure I’m being taken care of. I truly appreciate everyone who has been apart of fixing things in my apartment.
OK. I've been renting from Broderick & Associates nearly 5 years and everytime I've reached out to them in regards to any maintenance issues, etc...they are prompt, courteous and professional. If I have any questions I simply pick up the phone call & Ms. Ruth is attentive & caring. Ms. Bobbie is nice & friendly gets on any issues right away, the maintenance staff LeAnn (I don't know the names of the others, sorry) are pleasant kind considerate & they come in and get the job done & cleanup after themselves. If I had any concerns it would be to see some of the units upgraded but I understand times are tough right now for everyone and I'm sure that this is something they'd...read full review
