“My usual stylist was out of town long-term and my pixie desperately needed to be trimmed and shaped. I called the salon at Dillards and spoke with Jessica, and she got me scheduled with her for the next day. I was comforted by the fact that she also has a pixie cut - the stakes always feel high because there is so little margin for error with hair this short. When she sat me down in the chair, she asked a lot of questions, really listened, and made wonderful suggestions. I could not have had a better experience, and my haircut is just beautiful! Truly one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to see Jessica again!

“Nikki Ross is no doubt the best hair professional I've been to in 20 years. I've gone to Tampa for my hair care, North Palm Harbor even another salon in Oldsmar and I happen to find Nikki and her salon recently. I've passed this salon for years living close to it. How could I have missed this salon all these years. Who knew! I highly suggest Nikki. Her experience is extensive and she really knows her profession. My hair is challenging for others to work with but for Nikki it was easy. She's very nice as well as her salon. Thanks Nikki for helping me finally find someone who can work with my hair!“

“Prior to yesterday I had only been here one time and got a signature pedicure for $45 and a manicure. Yesterday I called to get both done again and they had time so I went to leave and my car battery was dead. The woman who answered the phone when I called to cancel because of my battery offered to jump my car for me . I already had a service on the way for my car but I thought it was so kind. I got a new battery out in my car and called them back and they had time for me still. I have had a wonderful pedicure and manicure both times I have come here. Very cute place with wonderful staff.

“WOW! 10/10!! While visiting from out of state my friend and I stopped by Allure for pedicures, a service I’m always nervous about getting at a new-to-me establishment. Allure is hands down the cleanest and friendliest nail establishment I’ve ever been to in my life!!! Mia did my pedicure and removed a grown out gel set from fingers, and Nathan did a pedicure on my friend. I watched Mia clean the pedicure bowl thoroughly, sanitize and set up her station when she finished her previous client and I knew I was in good hands. My friend and I walked in there strangers, but by the time we left it felt like Mia and Nathan were our friends whose business we frequent regularly. That’s a level of customer service that’s hard to find these days. If I’m ever back in Tampa, seeing my new friends will be top of my to do list.“
