“The estimate for replacement of our roof using USGS photo data updated every 6 months was done quickly and emailed to me within one day. After reviewing the estimate I contacted Mr. Human, the owner, who answered all my questions. When we agreed to having Ti-Con replace our roof Mr. Human came out to the house to get the deposit check and schedule the roof replacement. Our roof was completely replaced, old shingles, drip edge, & weatherproof barrier removed from the roof, new peel-and-stick, drip edge, and shingles installed on the roof in 3 days. Tarps were placed on the ground every morning and picked up every night. All debris, old shingles, and backing for the peel and stick was picked up every night and all areas were checked for debris that missed the tarps or trailer used to catch all of the old shingles, old wood, and weatherproofing. Since Ti-Con is also a general contractor Mr. Human noticed that there was not enough attic vents for the amount of attic space the house has. After discussion of the problem Mr. Human installed an additional 3 roof vents for a total of 4, 3 on the main roof and one on the garage roof. The work done by Ti-Con was exemplary and I will happily recommend Ti-Con Roofing to anyone that asks.“
