Great customer service orientation. I called in the afternoon requesting service and their service technician, Tony, was at my house next morning. He did a thorough diagnostic inspection and within a short time my refrigerator was up and running. I feel Tony is a very competent technician. He explained to me why the breakdown occurred and what he would be doing to fix it.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the service and service mechanic. Showed up on time replaced the ice maker and was very professional. He did not waste any time, gave us the instructions and what to watch for.
