I bought a ge dishwasher from this store about a month ago maybe 5 weeks ago and it's been good. I had an issue with it this week but the owner did not hesitate to cover the warranty and sent his son Travis to check it and got it working again. Travis is wonderful, honest and so friendly! I'm very happy with the way they have taken care of me. I will definitely do more business with them in the future! ? ty so much.

Excellent customer service!Bought a beautiful used Samsung front load washer and dryer in November. Unfortunately, the dryer stopped heating last week ( these things happen and I do not hold Best Used Appliances responsible) ...I called Mike and he said he would get some out here on Wednesday....On Wednesday, I received a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way.Mike and his assistant showed up and were very professional..Within a matter of minutes, they had my dryer up and running again! ( just a small sensor). He charged me a very low price for replacement of the sensor....I truly couldn't have asked for better service :)I am so happy with all of the interactions...read full review
