“Mostly Positive Experience with a Caveat I've been a patient of Dr. Azwell for some time now, and overall, I've been very satisfied with her care. She's a knowledgeable doctor who has consistently provided sound medical advice. While her bedside manner can occasionally be sarcastic, I've always felt that her priority was my well-being. However, my experience with the office staff has been inconsistent. The long-term staff members are fantastic. They are efficient, friendly, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the newer additions to the team have been a disappointment. I've encountered carelessness and a lack of professionalism that has made me consider looking for a new healthcare provider. It's a shame, because Dr. Azwell and her experienced staff are excellent. The negative interactions with the newer staff members are, however, a serious concern. I hope the practice addresses this issue to ensure a consistently positive patient experience.“
