I am not one to leave reviews and when I do is because I am truly satisfied. I will start with I have some Tesla solar panels and it stopped working due to squirrels chewing the inverter. I got the run around with them and couldn’t get someone that could truly help with the matter. I called alternative energy and spoke with the amazing Jessica. I explained the situation and she helped me feel comfortable and confident that the company she works for can fix the problem. She sent her crew to evaluate the issue and confirmed the problem. After finding out that we needed to get our solar panels off the roof to get a new roof installed the company we bought them from had gone out of business after a lot of research I ended up calling Alternative Energy and right from the start they were fantastic Jessica was on it immediately she would call or email everything that was going to happen the work was done efficiently and I can't say enough about this company we are now signing up with alternative energy for all our solar needs great company great employees
