“I am not one to leave reviews and when I do is because I am truly satisfied. I will start with I have some Tesla solar panels and it stopped working due to squirrels chewing the inverter. I got the run around with them and couldn’t get someone that could truly help with the matter. I called alternative energy and spoke with the amazing Jessica. I explained the situation and she helped me feel comfortable and confident that the company she works for can fix the problem. She sent her crew to evaluate the issue and confirmed the problem. Today Grant and Jerry fix the issue that I was having by replacing the inverter. Also added the solar netting to prevent the squirrels from chewing the inverter again. I am truly happy that the issue got fixed. The professionalism from Jessica and the crew was just amazing. I am truly happy with this company, pricing was definitely fair. I will used them again when needed. Truly recommend Alternative energy if you need this type of work done. A+++++”
