Phenomenal family-owned and operated company with top notch products! We chose top-of-the-line carrier home a/c and heat unit because it dehumidifies the entire house, operates most efficiently, and even helps cleanse the intake air affected by our 3 pets. Recently several friends and family have spent many thousands of dollars out of pocket dealing with mold remediation. We can set our desired humidity level as well as the desired temperature both at the thermostat and on an app when we are not home. These features can not only provide a mold deterrent and a greater comfort level with lower electric bills, but also as a huge asset in combatting allergies. The young man that came out initially for the free estimate was especially courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in a friendly trustworthy way- the son Gabriel. His mom Tammy runs the office and was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The dad and service technician Chad was outstanding technically and personally in dealing with a software issue while the manufacturer was closed due to a holiday. He spent multiple days trying alternatives to keep us going during the holiday. He even gave us multiple additional benefits that we never expected but were delighted with. With whole house dehumidification, we don't have to keep the desired temperature as low as we used to. We passed along our small dehumidifier unit to the grandchildren and are delighted with our new system! We used this company because our daughter and son-in-law have been extremely happy with them for over a decade. Fantastic service! I had my nearly new AC stop working twice in a week. The guy who installed it was “too busy” to come look at it, so I called OEL. The first time, Gabe came out and found the drain line was clogged. He cleaned it out and we were up and running. A week later its out again. We go to check the pan and its dry, and full of insulation. Mice ! We cleaned out the insulation and checked what we could. Called OEL and Gabe came out at nearly 7 pm. The overflow had been knocked off , so he fixed it and also found a square that had been cut in the ducts and not taped up, so he fixed that also. Knowledgeable, polite, personable and professional!
Our very old A/C unit went out overnight July 1st. OEL was here the next day, financing arranged, and the unit replaced before the end of day on the 3rd. Topping their service, our electric bill has been reduced every month with the more efficient unit. Thank you OEL!
