Lightning Air service truck #33 has been in my area a lot lately so I am not sure if he lives in the area.However, this guy is so inconsiderate as to stop at stop signs to do his personal business ( phone calls, paperwork, whatever he is doing) while holding everyone who pulls up behind him hostage. He sits until he has finished and is ready to go whether you like it or not. If that's not bad enough he almost smashed into the front end of my car trying to merge out of a lane he did not belong in.
