I received my first Myofascial core release massage therapy with Thomas Nolan. I experience constant pain in my upper back ,and neck ,and shoulders ,and jaw. I went in not expecting the type of therapy I received. I was blown away by the issues my body had and the hands on therapy I received! Thomas told me what he was doing every step of the way and how he was fixing it. I look forward to more therapy sessions and hopefully resolving my postural dysfunction and TMJ and pain. I will never step foot in massage envy again after finding this gem of a place. The prices are reasonable and well worth it! Great staff. Better communication would would have made a 5 star. That portions was lacking. They were though n fixed Ocala Adventist & their errors in my treatment. Head Dr the worst! Stating i may have 90 days to live & discharged.

Cathy is the best ever. Just perfect. Can't wait to go back. It's pretty much a massage office. Don't expect a spa experience. Normally that would deter me but it won't.
