Ive been going to NPI for about 8 years. My experience is that the staff has been professional, courteous and great to work with. Dr DeLuca is always fantastic and the nurse practitioners are all terrific. Some recent changes have actually made significant improvements so I highly recommend National Pain Institute in Lady Lake.
Even though I was late for my first appointment, the staff was friendly and inviting. They were helpful and answered all my questions in a very caring manner. Dr. DeLuca was professional and explained my whole situation to me. I'm glad to have found a good place to go for my back issues.
Excellent staff, from receptionist to Dr. DeLuca himself. The doctor took the time to explain everything about my pain shot with me, and delivered it efficiently. I highly recommend this practice.
