Crystal laid out the best treatment/removal options for me, and was kind enough to work with me on pricing wherever she could. Every question and concern was answered with plenty of patience, backing information, and if at all applicable, alternative means to achieve my goals (for example electrolysis vs. laser). Crystal is kind, empathetic, patient...I can't say enough good things about her. I've since moved out of the area, and not having this place to come to is certainly a big, big hole to fill.
