I love the full body cryo. I always feel renewed mentally and physically afterward!

One of the best massages I've ever had. Very clean environment and friendly staff. I live in Clearwater and it's well worth the short drive to see Mary. I would recommend her for pain relief as well as relaxation, she is absolutely amazing at what she does! The other therapists I’ve had there are equally skilled and pleasant. I always look forward to a spa day at Renew!

I was very unsure of doing the cryotherapy but I am so glad I did. I came in for weekly treatments for a month including a B12 shot. The staff was always friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Over the course of my treatments I did not change anything else- diet/exercise. At the end of the trial period I had lost 4 pounds. After each session I felt more energy throughout the rest of the day & days after. I look forward to trying other treatments Restore offers & continuing the cryo & B12. Highly, highly recommend.
