“Update..Kinda long story. I had a wash,trim,and style by Lily before a trip in May. Amazing, sweet,talented lady. We had a serendipitous exchange of commonality and mutual friends. Made the experience even more meaningful. I had surgery right after my trip.I had purchased a surprise bag that I intended to open before returning to work,after surgery. I will be going back to work this coming Wednesday. Today I got my house clean and in order and opened the bag. It was perfect. Then I was taken back where I had a consultation with my stylist about hair color, styles, concerns, etc. Then you get taken back to the "lather lounge" where your hair is shampooed and conditioned. It was very relaxing and had a great ambience--I thought it was a nice touch that your hair gets wrapped in a warm towel and you get to relax for 5 to 10 minutes while your stylist leaves and sets up the station so that you aren't just sitting around. Next was the haircut, which turned out very well. My hair feels a lot healthier and looks less frizzy now.“
