Aramis came out to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty board, got our system working in the interim and ordered the board. He was really great about the whole process. Aden and Billy did follow up work. System is working well.
Aidan skillfully performed the AC maintenance in a professional and adept manner. We continue to be impressed how competent Rocket Cooling techs are. Aidan is definitely responsible, trustworthy, very thorough and skilled.
Aramis is an awesome technician. He’s not just a good AC technician he’s understanding, very patient and explains everything with detail, including pictures.
He is definitely an asset to the company! I look forward to working with him and Rocket Cooling for both of my homes, AC needs.
