“First of all the experience was well over a 5 star, Pinellas Park location, I would have given 100 and above, I have consulted with so many doctors as far as one saying any procedure I waned besides a facelift would melt my skin, I made a last minute one appt with Garden Medicals Spa and the first contact was with the person that answered the phone and the most positive experience started there. I got in in one day and I am from out of state, all I wanted was for someone to listen to exactly what I wanted, the whole team listened and Ivana was top notch the best, not only is she adorable in her looks and personality , she is spot on the best personable APRN, FNP-C I would recommend, she listened, not one time did she try to sell up on anything I was asking for!! Her assistant was amazing and will definitely love being a part of the team. Needless to say, I live out of state, I will have to and will be back to Florida for this experience and what is even better, this is a one stop shop, The plastic surgeon is on board and the whole team spoke to you with great smiles and personality. Mind you I did go home and was a bit sore, Ivana told me I would be, so far the procedure I had, Smoothglo, the steps she told me to expect are spot on!!!! Thank you, thank you! Now the front desk team, which are aestheticians as well, stayed with me til my uber driver came, I left after hours, very understanding and patient with a little snippet in the closing out process, my fault, thank you once again for a wonderful experience, you guys made my day wonderful and continues as I got exactly what I asked for due to good listening skills. I will be back for all kinds of fun things to experience. I hope I did not leave anything out, I did, it was nothing bad, all was great. Epic experience“

“I had never been here before, I booked online with booksy for a color correction. I have naturally darker hair but a few years ago I had bleached my hair (somewhere else) then about a year after that I put black box dye on my hair. So everyone at the salon that I interacted with was nice and friendly there is a great vibe in there. Kat did my color correction and took me to exactly what I wanted!! She was very honest with me before we started and was willing to take time to explain everything to me. She really put care into getting me the result I wanted. Whe she was done I couldn't believe how great my hair looked!! She truly gave me a custom color and I have gotten soon many compliments on my hair!! “Met CHRISTINA WATSON (Loft 23) for the first time and this was literal THERAPY for me. I'm a curly-haired man in my early 30s who's just recently started experiencing the horrors of male pattern hair loss and losing the long, thick curls in the front has been so painful. I've been terrified of getting a cut and the result was a head of hair that desperately needed a one.

As SOON as I walked into the salon, Chris was there to greet me incredibly warmly and I felt immediately at ease. I told her my story and concerns and hopes and everything and she gave me tons of great advice and kind words and just really made me feel like things were going to be OK, which I really needed to hear. I cannot stress how above and beyond she went - I've never had a hair stylist that felt like she cared so very much, I really appreciated it.

The cut felt great, she has experience working with curly hair, and I could tell. My scalp and hair felt SO good, the entire experience was therapeutic both emotionally and physically. She understood the importance of how to shape the hair to fit the shape of the head and the result was a cut that made me feel SO much lighter without losing the volume that I'm trying to hold onto. I feel like I look younger too!!! Which was a very nice surprise, haha. Also, she even gave me a bottle of styling product for free!!! Such kindness and generosity.

She is such a sweetheart and the kindest person, legitimately the best haircut experience I've ever had. I'm looking forward to continuing my hair journey and figuring out exactly how I want my hair to look until I find something I'm perfectly happy with; I trust Chris to help me get to that point, and I have confidence she can help you do the same. :)“

Plus, it wasn't at all painful thanks to with Valaries super effective numbing cream. She even used some device under my eyes to plump up that area where my under eye bags always form.
