I reached out to Ms. Alicia on a Friday at 4:30pm. My previous hairdresser canceled my appointment 30 min before and I was desperate! She said, “Sure! No problem. Come on in!” I got there ten minutes later and she was so sweet! I had a lot of split ends, and she trimmed my hair before doing a full highlight. If anyone knows, that takes a lot of time, patience, and tedious movements. . But she foiled my entire head! I came back again to get my hair touched up and lightened. I was offered coffee, wine, and water when I walked in. The experience here is like no other, it feels like home. The owner cares about her work and takes great pride in making every customer feel comfortable and happy. I will be coming back again as a regular customer. Five stars!Services: Kids' cuts
