Starting with the welcoming environment in a very cozy room surrounded by nature and the sound of birds singing. The peaceful atmosphere just gets better as the classes go on. It’s impossible to not leave feeling better than we arrived. Dina is extremely knowledgeable and an inspiring woman! I, personally, love to see strong women running their business like true warriors, not afraid of showing vulnerability. Dina does that like she was born for it. It’s beautiful when a person finds their real purpose in life and follow through it. If you are looking for a safe place to work on yourself and heal without judgement, search no more. This is it!

I LOVE everything about ZOE Yoga Lifestyle - from the calming home environment, to the many health-centered services, to the heart centered owner, Dina. Each time I visit, I feel like I am the complete focus, and my well-being is being taken seriously.I use multiple modalities at the center. Square 1 System work with both Dina and Anthony helps me let my body know what movements are safe, so then I can work with yoga and stretching more efficiently. Follow up with Bemer mat treatment to stimulate circulation and reduce inflammation- so relaxing. Thank you for making my life so much better!!I would recommend to everyone!!

I've been practicing Kung Fu since 1997, generally speaking anywhere from 4-12 hours a day of classes. With that I destroyed my body, creating multiple injuries, from the neck to the lower back, knees and shoulders. In 2017 I had to replace a disk in my neck because it shattered.Since 2016, I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga and it helped me tremendously deal with the physical pains gain control of the numbness down my arms and revert 6 of the herniated disks in my back.Since Covid started, we moved from Miami to Tampa and like most people lost track of my daily practice. Most of my injuries and pains resurfaced and the doctors were reconsidering another neck surgery. The chiropractor though great was more of a band-aid then anything else and of course PAIN MEDICATION AGAIN.Beginning 2022, I met with Dina after looking for teachings on the Iyengar Yoga national website. We connected and hit it off right off the bat. Dina has created a wonderful wellness community where everyone supports each other and gives back to the center as much as they receive, AND THEY RECEIVE A LOT!.I started doing Square 1 (Neurological Organization) with her, and I've had countless results from it. In March I fell outside of class and I partially tore the abductor that connects the thigh to the pelvis. The Orthopedist of course prescribed more medication and said I need to stay in bed basically imobilized for 3 months. Dina and Anthony met with me to do a couple of Neurological Organization sessions and with in 3 weeks back in class. This Monday night I had two huge discoveries:Since a young teen I always had broad shoulders, so broad that my arms didn't move when I walked. After pier pressure set in and constant jokes, I changed my shoulder position to roll out (small dislocations of the shoulders) so that they would move. More-so after years of Kung Fu everything was external rotation which caused multiple postural problems and pain. We did a Neurological Organization session last week focusing on shoulder/neck pain and hip releases. In Monday nights class, for the first time in over 3 decades my shoulders aligned internally and I was automatically able to do poses correctly that I've been practicing for years. Two days in working on these new postural improvements, I can see how much my neck muscles have released.Training Pa-Kua (Internal type of Kung Fu famous for circular movements and escapes) everything is about external rotations. The first movements that you are taught and are crucial to all of the training is external pivots of your feet 45 degrees changing the weight from one side to the other and using the hip for everything.Same case, Monday night working on the internal rotation of the thigh/hip joint there was another pop and it seemed like everything went into place. We are talking almost 30 years of constant practice in theory changing my anatomy and a week after a Neurological Organization session, both my shoulders and hips realign.I'm so appreciative for the work and I look forward to continuing to explore my practice and introducing others to the center.THANKS ANTHONY & DINA EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO!

I politely inquired about whether ZOE Yoga had any new student specials. Dina promptly responded via email and said she did not. I expressed my disappointment and explained my rationale, and said I would wait if and until she had a new student deal or her studio joined ClassPass. She responded in a vociferously arrogant fashion, completely unbecoming of any yogi. I'm not sure why she took time out of her precious and busy day to put out such negative, unprofessional energy. Unfortunately for her I was fully prepared to become a long-term client, as a quality Iyengar studio is hard to find. Whether the studio is quality or not I will never know, because I will never spend a dime on Dina's business, and all she succeeded was in sending out bad vibes and ensuring negative word of mouth.

Ive been practicing with Dina for a few years now. Her studio is always welcoming and clean. She has so much knowledge to share and Id recommend anyone to her studio, for both new and practiced yogi's. Dina's alignment based yoga has helped my posture, as well as, giving me a better foundation for my practice. Dina is top in her field. The people I share time with at her studio are amazing. Its been such a beautiful experience. Its like being amongst family. She is so passionate and loving. Theres no place in Tampa I'd rather practice. She is open to all who come seeking peace and healing. Very blessed to have found this wonderful studio. Zoe Yoga Lifestyle ??

I don’t know why I waited so long to try yoga. I’ve had hip pain for nearly a year. My orthopedic doctor sent me to physical therapy and it seemed that my pain increased. After two yoga sessions with Dina I no longer have hip pain. Dina listens and tailors your workout specifically to your needs, or goals. Dina is very professional and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her as an instructor!
