Karen is very a good masseuse. She listens to what you need, and communicates well to give you the best massage possible. She is very strong, works all of my knots out. Highly recommend
Been going here for years, what makes them different is they (Karen) works on the area that troubles you, unlike other places that follows a script. Would have been 5 stars if they spoke better English
The lady at the spa noted the time and went over it well. However, I wasn't too enthused by the end result. She was considerate about asking for the pressures but once I came out if it my back was sore for 3 days.
